The inland region of the Costa Daurada and its iconic landscapes are simply incredible settings for active tourism surrounded by nature. If you love outside sports, you can discover the region’s animals and plants while hiking or mountain biking, whether in the mountains or on the seashore. And there are many other sports on offer, including caving, canyoning, rock climbing and canoeing.
Among other sites of interest, we should highlight the Poblet Nature Site of National Interest, the forests of the Prades Mountains and its red town, the Castle-Monastery of Escornalbou and the Riudecanyes reservoir.
