26/10/2020With the arrival of Halloween, PortAventura is transformed so that visitors can feel its spirit in every corner. All the spaces are decorated with pumpkins, ghosts, bats or spider webs, making it a very special place. PortAventura World offers a complete experience of attractions, restaurants and accommodation designed for all ages.
Coinciding with the start of this season, the shows return to PortAventura World, with Halloween Kingdom, Bang Bang Halloween and Birds of Paradise. The mythical, spooky and fun characters that tour PortAventura Park these days are also returning. For the experts in strong emotions, the resort proposes a triple experience: “La Isla Maldita®”, Apocalipsis Maya and [REC] Experience, the three tickets that can be visited separately or together, with the Halloween Passport.
“La Isla Maldita®” will once again delight the most intrepid visitors with its spectacular journey through Caribe Aquatic Park. This passage of terror, unique in Europe, has an itinerary of 1 kilometre, whose history takes place on a remote Caribbean island, with a scenery of oceans, sunken ships and vegetation.
As a gastronomic novelty, visitors can taste typical Mayan dishes in the recently opened taqueria “La Catrina”, located in the Mexico area and inspired by this famous character of the Halloween celebration, originally from the Mexican popular culture.
During the 2020 Halloween season, PortAventura Park will be open from 10.30 a.m to 6 p.m and on Saturdays until 8 p.m. Ferrari Land will continue with its schedule from 11.00 a.m to 16.00 p.m.
In Halloween 2020, the measures that apply to all shows and tickets, such as seating requirements and security measures determined for the theatres, are of particular importance. These measures also play a fundamental role in the new character characterisations and make-ups, which include masks.
