Vila-seca participates at FITUR with Aliança Turística

Vila-seca is once again at the FITUR International Tourism Fair, which is being celebrated from the 19th to the 22nd of January in Madrid. And it has done so again with the Tourist Alliance formed by the municipalities of Vila-seca, Salou, Cambrils and Reus.

Along with the Costa Dorada and PortAventura, part of the Catalonia stand, the Boards and Entities responsible for promoting tourism in the Aliança municipalities have their own stand at FITUR with QR codes that redirect to the most important tourist information, as well as a professional area designed to host contacts and meetings for the businesspeople travelling to Madrid.

The assessment by the political leaders of Salou, Pere Granados, of Cambrils, Oliver Klein, of Reus, Montserrat Caelles, and of the technicians responsible for tourism promotion in Vila-seca, has been very positive.

FITUR 2022 had more than 6,000 exhibitors and 7,000 accredited companies. The large number of companies from the region, and the huge number of contacts made, endorses the determination of the Board to offer an area with all the guarantees of prevention and safety, designed exclusively for the sector.

FITUR is the first major milestone in the promotional calendar of the four municipalities of the Costa Daurada, which will be followed by other projects starting next February, which will be joined by PortAventura, and which will in many cases recover the presence.

Actions mainly aimed at end audiences in source markets such as Aragón, País Vasco, La Rioja, Navarra and Andorra will capitalise on the Aliança’s 2022 calendar of actions, with an overall budget of over 60.000 euros
