THE NIGHT OF THE FIRE

From 6:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m in Plaça de les Voltes, Vila-seca

Consult the security measures:

 (CORREFOC) SAFETY RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS:

– Wear cotton clothing, preferably old, with sleeves and long pants.

– Wear a hat with brims that covers the entire head and cover the back of the neck with a cotton scarf.

– Protect your eyes.

– Wear appropriate footwear (sports, mountain, etc.).

– Take care to cover your ears to reduce the noise of the pyrotechnic explosions.

– Do not ask the neighbors for water.

– Obey the indications of public order and health services.

– It is forbidden to bring private pyrotechnic products, only those prepared by the organizers can be used.

– Respect the figures of fire, their carriers and musicians.

– Adopt a correct attitude with the devils and do not hinder the passage or knock them down.

– Follow the instructions of the devils at all times.

– Find out before the start of the route of the firerunner (correfoc) and the health care points.

– In the event of burns, go immediately to health care points.

– In case of danger, follow the instructions of the devils.

FOR NEIGHBORS AND BUSINESSES:

– Remove all vehicles from the streets of the itinerary.

– Lower the metal portals or blinds in the buildings that have them.

– Protect the glass of windows, doors and shop windows with thick cardboard.

– Roll up all the exterior awnings of the houses and premises.

– Do not pour water on the participants or the spectators of the fire-run due to the danger it represents.

– Disconnect all kinds of alarms.

– Remove from the public road any object that could hinder the passage of the actors, organizers and participants to the fire runner (correfoc).
