13/10/2021PortAventura World kicks off the Halloween season. From 18 September to 14 November, the resort will be celebrating the most terrifyingly fun season, with a Halloween Passport to enjoy the attractions on offer during those days.
Both younger and older visitors will be able to enjoy shows and attractions tailored to their tastes and the level of adrenaline they are willing to experience in the 21st edition of PortAventura World’s Halloween.
48 terrifyingly fun-filled days will offer travellers completely original shows, sets and performances created with the intention of awakening a rollercoaster of sensations.
Fresh from the universe of terror and Mexican legends comes the resort’s big bet for this season, La Muerte Viva (Death Alive). A colourful and emotional experience that will not leave thrill-seekers indifferent, it will develop a circuit in the heart of an old rural hacienda, showing, thanks to the interpretation of more than 20 actors, mourning widows, corpse brides and other terrifying beings during a peculiar Mexican ‘Day of the Dead’.
This is the first show in Europe to focus on the Mexican universe of terror. In addition, more than a dozen mythical characters from the collective imagination of the world of terror will wander around the theme park during the weeks of atmosphere.
It will also be possible to enjoy some of the resort’s best-known attractions, such as La Isla Maldita – more than a kilometre of a passageway unique in Europe, inaugurated in 2019 -, Apocalipsis Maya, REC Experience, Horror in Texas or the Halloween Forever y Bang Bang Halloween shows.
