The Tourist Alliance formed by the Patronat de Turisme of Cambrils, Reus, Salou and Vila-seca, Pineda Platja, has once again participated in the FITUR tourism fair in Madrid, with a joint meeting space with the Costa Turística Patronage Gold from January 17 to 21.
FITUR, with nearly 10,000 exhibiting companies from 165 countries and regions and 244,972 professional visitors and a final public in the 2017 edition, became the most important fair in Europe, and began to measure forecasts for the new season .
Accommodation employers, travel agencies, tour operators, the media and tourist services companies, among others, are the main users of the professional space.
The participation in FITUR is the first of the different joint promotional actions of Cambrils, Reus, Salou and Vila-seca, planned for 2018.
The actions of the Alliance respond to the added value of coordinating and integrating efforts towards the common objectives of the municipalities that integrate it, with the generation of synergies that translate into a higher efficiency of actions, a greater Notoriety and better management of the tourist promotion of the destination.
By 2018, the main campaigns will give priority to state and French tourism in order to loyalty and seasonalise it. These campaigns will be publicity and communication online and offline as they are one of the most effective instruments to publicize the tourist attractions of our territory and to participate in three of the most imposing French Tourist Fairs, together with PortAventura World .
