Vila-seca has several urban areas where families and friends can gather and relax to enjoy their free time. The public parks in Vila-seca / La Pineda Platja are fully equipped for visitors to have a great time and everything they could need, with green spaces, drinking fountains, benches, rubbish bins…
Like a Vila Florida—or village in bloom—much of the allure of Vila-seca’s public parks is precisely their landscaping and verdant plant life.
The majority of Vila-seca and La Pineda Platja parks have children’s playgrounds with swings, seesaws and slides. Some of them even have areas for physical training.
Pinar de Perruquet, Hort del Pep, Aragalls, Austràlia, Riera, Pont de l’Art, Arenes, Tanca and Prats parks are just a few that you could visit during your stay in our town.
Riera Park in Vila-seca and Prats Park in La Pineda have recently been expanded and improved and new facilities and equipment added. In Riera Park, with the aim of improving accessibility and expanding the children’s playground, you can also find games adapted to people with reduced mobility.
And at Prats Park, located between Plácido Domingo and Amadeu Vives streets on the seafront, the ‘Oceanic Cupola’ is a new and wonderfully whimsical feature, a modern play space whose design drew inspiration from its seaside setting.
