The Vila-seca Municipal Tourist Board is an autonomous local body of an administrative nature, endowed with its own legal personality and full capacity to act, as well as financial and functional autonomy.
The Vila-seca Municipal Tourist Board is governed by its own Statutes. The Governing Council is the governing and administrative body of the Vila-seca Municipal Tourist Board and is made up of representatives of the Vila-seca City Council, as well as representatives of the municipality’s tourism and commercial sectors.
Among other functions, the Governing Council is responsible for approving the annual budget of the Vila-seca Municipal Tourist Board and submitting it to the City Council for its integration into the general budget.
