The Municipal Tourist Board of Vila-seca is a local autonomous body of an administrative nature, endowed with its own legal personality and full capacity to act and also financial and functional autonomy.
The Municipal Tourist Board of Vila-seca is governed by its own Statutes. The Governing Council is the governing body and higher management administration of the Municipal Tourism Board and is made up of representatives of the Vila-seca City Council, as well as representatives of the tourism and commercial sector of the municipality.
Among other functions, the Governing Council is in charge of approving the annual budget of the Municipal Tourism Board and elevating it to the City Council for its integration into the general budget.
