There are dozens of paths and trails, either along the beach or through mountains and national parks.

To have a good run or jog, you will find several different routes in Vila-seca. The running routes we most recommend are along Raval de la Mar, a road linking Vila-seca and La Pineda Platja; the trails in Torre d’en Dolça Park (also suitable for bikes); the seaside promenade that runs alongside La Pineda Platja; Avinguda Alcalde Pere Molas and the Camí Fondo, which links Vila-seca and La Plana.
